This is why all custom box orders cannot be returned once we start making them.
How Orders Work
When you place an order on our website or through our team:
- You share the size of your box.
- You share your design or artwork.

- You approve the final design proof.
- You make the payment.
- We start production.
It is very important that you check everything before paying.
Check the spelling, colours, size, design, images, and details.
Once you approve the final design and we begin production, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, because the box is made only for you.
Payment Rules
You must pay before we start making your boxes.

All prices are in USD ($) unless we say something else.
If your bank charges extra fees (international fees, exchange fees, etc.), those fees are your responsibility.
Artwork and Design
You can send your own artwork, or you can ask us to help with the design.
Before printing:
- We send you a proof
- You check the proof
- You approve the proof
We print exactly what you approve.
Please understand:
- We do not fix spelling mistakes unless you tell us.
- We do not fix low-quality images unless you ask.
- We do not change colours, shapes, or logos unless you request it.
- We do not adjust design details unless you approve them.
You are responsible for checking the artwork fully before approval.
Production Time
Production time depends on:
- How many boxes you order
- What style of box you choose
- The printing method
- The season
- How busy the factory is
- If you send files late
- If you make changes before approval
We try our best to follow the time we share with you.
Most orders finish on time, but small delays can happen.
We will always try to update you if there is a delay.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship boxes across the UK and some other regions (if offered).
Please note:
- Delivery time depends on your location.
- Once we give your parcel to the courier, the courier becomes responsible for transit.
- If the courier is delayed, we cannot control that.
- If the parcel is damaged or lost by the courier, we will help you open a claim.
We will support you, but we cannot promise a result from the courier company.
Returns and Refunds
Our boxes are custom-made.
This means we cannot accept returns for:

- Wrong size given
- Wrong artwork given
- Wrong quantity chosen
- Any personal preference
- Not liking the design after approval
But we are fair and want you to be happy.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
- Different from the approved proof

We will check the issue.
If we made a mistake, we will replace or fix the order.
Quality of Boxes
We try our best to make your boxes clean, strong, and well printed.
Please note:
- Small colour changes can happen because screens and print machines show colours differently.
- A tiny shift in printing can happen in rare cases.
- These small changes are normal in printing and are not defects.
We use good material and try to give you the best result every time.
Intellectual Property
Everything on our website belongs to us:
- Images

- Designs
- Product photos
- Layout
- Logo
- Website content
Do not copy, use, or share our content without permission.
Your own artwork belongs to you.
We only use it to make your boxes.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Mistakes in artwork you approved
- Delays caused by courier
- Losses caused by wrong size or details given by you

- Any issue outside our control
If we make a confirmed mistake, our responsibility is limited to the cost of your order, and we will fix or replace it.
